We're looking for a Junior Paraplanner who plays a critical support role in developing accurate and compliant mortgage strategies. Working closely with our brokers, you'll help turn client data into clear, reliable loan solutions that truly fit their needs.

About the Role

In this role, you'll be an essential contributor to the mortgage planning process. Your focus will be on research, analysis, and documentation—ensuring every loan recommendation is well-structured, compliant, and aligned with client goals. You'll partner with brokers and internal teams to improve efficiency, accuracy, and overall service quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate mortgage products, lender guidelines, and interest rates to identify suitable loan options
  • Compile, check, and finalize loan documentation to meet compliance standards
  • Review financial information to support sound loan structuring decisions
  • Keep current with Australian lending regulations and market updates
  • Work closely with brokers and internal teams to enhance workflows and client outcomes
  • Support follow-ups and clearly document loan recommendations for client understanding

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in paraplanning or a related mortgage support function
  • Strong knowledge of Australian mortgage products and lending processes
  • High-level analytical and research skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management abilities
  • Comfortable using mortgage software and CRMs (experience is an advantage)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
