The position will be based at the Atlantis resort in LIPAYO, DAUIN, NEGROS ORIENTAL. The Spa Therapist is responsible to provide professional and customer focused service to our guests, ensuring that their stay will become a memorable experience and your role will include key responsibilities such as:

  • Provide a level of service which exceeds all guest expectations by completing all massages and treatments in a consistently thorough manner, in the time allocated and by treating all clients with individual attention
  • Advise guests the sequence of service of the massage or treatment
  • Explain massage or treatment and procedures
  • Follow the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in order to maintain a consistency in service standard and practices
  • Ensure rooms are kept clean and tidy and hygiene standards are adhered to at all time

Education

  • Vocational course
  • Spa Therapist Training preferred

Experience

  • Two (2) years proven work experience as a Spa Therapist

Knowledge & Skills

  • Knowledgeable and can perform different types of massages, beauty treatments and skin care
  • Must have enthusiasm and possess excellent customer service skills
  • With above average conversational English skills
  • Physically fit and in good health (strength is not a major requirement, but stamina is necessary)
  • Caring, positive attitude to clients

License and Certifications

  • DOH Spa Therapist License

Pay: Php13, Php15,000.00 per month
