Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, bake, and finish bread, pastries, and other baked products
- Measure and mix ingredients following standard recipes
- Operate baking equipment safely and efficiently
- Monitor product quality, freshness, and consistency
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and assist with inventory restocking
- Follow company standards for food safety and production procedures
Qualifications:
- High School Graduate (Old Curriculum), Senior High School Graduate, or College Level
- At least 6 months of work experience as a baker
- Knowledgeable in basic baking processes and kitchen operations
- Must be neat, well-groomed, and professional
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
- Can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
