  1. Technical Support:

  2. Provide timely and effective technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person.

  3. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
  4. Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and peripheral devices.

2. System Maintenance:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as software updates, patches, and system backups.
  • Monitor system performance and ensure the availability and reliability of IT systems.

  • User Assistance:

  • Assist users with software applications, email systems, and other IT-related inquiries.

  • Provide training and guidance to end-users on IT best practices and new technologies.

4. Network Support:

  • Assist in the setup and maintenance of local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), and wireless networks.
  • Support network security measures and ensure data integrity and confidentiality.

  • Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate records of support requests, resolutions, and system changes.

  • Create and update user guides, technical manuals, and knowledge base articles.

  • Collaboration:

  • Work closely with other IT team members to address complex issues and implement IT projects.

  • Coordinate with third-party vendors for hardware and software procurement and support.
