Technical Support:
Provide timely and effective technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and peripheral devices.
2. System Maintenance:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as software updates, patches, and system backups.
Monitor system performance and ensure the availability and reliability of IT systems.
User Assistance:
Assist users with software applications, email systems, and other IT-related inquiries.
- Provide training and guidance to end-users on IT best practices and new technologies.
4. Network Support:
- Assist in the setup and maintenance of local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), and wireless networks.
Support network security measures and ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of support requests, resolutions, and system changes.
Create and update user guides, technical manuals, and knowledge base articles.
Collaboration:
Work closely with other IT team members to address complex issues and implement IT projects.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors for hardware and software procurement and support.
