Prima PMI is not your ordinary print manufacturing facility. We are a dynamic and creative team where we move fast and are passionate about delivering high quality and high standards to our customers.
With our production facility headquartered in Melbourne, Australia, we expanded our operations to the Philippines in 2024, and our team continues to grow As we continue to expand, we are looking for a talented Customer Success Manager to join our remote team.
A little about the role
In this position, you will have the opportunity to engage with our diverse global customer base and own relationships with the brands we partner with. You'll team up with our seasoned Senior Customer Service Manager and Account Manager to build bridges and make meaningful relationships with our valued clients.
Wondering what a typical day at Prima PMI looks like? Here's a glimpse:
- Collaborating with our Senior Customer Service Manager and Senior Leadership team to discuss strategies with our accounts
- Working with the CS team to share feedback with Production and escalating issues if required.
- Engaging in meetings with our partners to discuss their business needs, our performance, growth opportunities
- Reviewing cross sell opportunities and new products to help support client growth .
- Reviewing data and growth rates against forecasts and having meetings to discuss trends
- Navigating escalations and finding resolutions for the clients
- Advocating for the clients with Production and QC Teams
- Reviewing SLA and quality performance for accounts
Qualifications and Skills:
- A customer-first attitude honed through experience in a bustling customer service environment.
- Proven ability to forge robust and meaningful relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
- A knack for problem-solving coupled with adept multitasking skills to effectively prioritise tasks.
- Ability to see cross sell and upsell opportunities and a drive to grow the profit abilities of the accounts
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software, ensuring seamless navigation of essential tools.
- Previous experience in the world of Print - (not essential but advantageous)
- Flexibility to accommodate occasional meetings outside of standard business hours to cater to our international partners needs.
