Qualifications:

Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Biology or Microbiology or any related courses.

At least 2 years of working experience as Microbiologist.

A PAM certified Registered Microbiologist (RMicro).

Experience with aseptic techniques and sterility testing.
-
Knowledge in water, cosmetics, and pharma testing is an advantage.

Familiarity with identification techniques for bacteria, fungi, and other microorganisms.

Analytical thinking and problem-solving aptitude.

Attention to detail and quality-focused mindset.

Knowledge in conducting method verification, validation, and development of analytical methods.
-
Quality Control/Quality Assurance.
-
Creative, versatile, has the ability to work efficiently, and meet output deadlines.
Responsibilities:
-
Oversee the daily operations of the microbiology laboratory.

Supervise, train, and mentor laboratory analyst and technicians .
-
Develop and maintain laboratory schedules and workflow processes.
-
Lead method development and validation projects.
-
Design and implement laboratory improvement initiatives.
-
Manage timelines and deliverables for testing projects.
-
Provide technical consultation to clients regarding testing results.
-
Signatory for DOH, ISO17025:2017, and other required lab accreditations.

Ensure laboratory compliance with safety regulations and procedures and disposal of waste.

Ensure compliance with Safety and Health Management.
-
Maintain Good laboratory Practice (GLP), safety, and housekeeping program in the instrumentation section.
