YOUR IMPACT Software Quality Engineer

  • Ensure all applications are thoroughly tested and validated before production release.
  • Design and execute clear, effective manual test cases for both front-end (Angular) and back-end (.NET) features.
  • Identify, document, and communicate defects early, helping improve product stability and user experience.
  • Collaborate closely with developers and product teams to clarify requirements, improve testability, and support smooth releases.
  • Contribute to small development tasks, code fixes, and internal tools that enhance the overall quality and efficiency of the team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Software Quality Engineer

  • Manual Testing & Quality Assurance (Primary Role)

  • Plan, design, and execute manual test cases across web and backend applications.

  • Conduct functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing.
  • Validate features, enhancements, bug fixes, and workflows before each release.
  • Test Angular front-end components, NET APls, and end-to-end application flows.
  • Log defects with clear steps, documentation, and reproducibility.
  • Ensure all applications are thoroughly tested prior to production deployment.

  • Development Support (Secondary Responsibilities)

  • Assist developers with small enhancements, fixes, and updates in NET and Angular.

  • Help reproduce, debug, and verify issues within the codebase.
  • Contribute to internal tools or scripts that improve testing or development efficiency.
  • Participate in code reviews with a focus on quality, clarity, and testability.
  • Collaborate on improving development practices that enhance overall product quality.

  • Collaboration & Process

  • Work closely with developers, and product owners to understand requirements.

  • Review acceptance criteria and ensure proper test coverage.
  • Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and release readiness discussions.
  • Communicate risks, blockers, and quality concerns to the team.
  • Support stakeholders during UAT cycles.
