JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The applicant will handle litigation cases, as well as corporate and retainer accounts, and will have the following responsibilities:

· Legal research; help formulate legal strategy

· Prepare and draft pleadings, correspondence and other legal documents

· Appear before the courts, administrative agencies, quasi-judicial bodies and other government agencies

· Draft and review contracts and other legal documents

· Render legal opinion and advice on matters involving various legal issues
