Procurement Officer

WILLING TO BE ASSIGNED: AT CABUYAO BRANCH OF IONICS

KEY RESPONSIBLITIES:

• Maintains an effective pool of suppliers for normal buys and spot buys.
• Implement actions to improve the following DIM parameters then monitor and track these improvements as well : (not limited to)

a. supplier leadtime

b. supplier Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

c. supplier Standard Package Quantity (SPQ)

d. supplier Minimum Order Value (MOV)

e. supplier shipment terms / incoterms

f. supplier payment terms

g. supplier price

• Must be well equipped in deciding to which a certain item is to be bought.
• Assist Purchasing people in acquiring samples for small production runs for certain accounts. Initiates part approval process for alternate and newly developed parts.
• Performs other function as may be required by the superior after due training/qualification

Education:

• Graduate of any 4 year course
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
