Job Description:

  • Arrange travel and accommodations
  • Manage schedules and calendars
  • Handle emails, calls, and inquiries
  • Organize meetings and take minutes
  • Run personal and office errands
  • Maintain filing systems and databases
  • Prepare and file reports and expenses
  • Transcribe notes and dictations
  • Provide general administrative support
  • Coordinate events and projects
  • Liaise with staff and departments
  • Manage personal shopping and household tasks

Qualifications:

  • 2–3 years of experience as a secretary, executive assistant, or in a similar administrative role
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of accounting tasks (e.g., cash handling, reimbursements, liquidation, etc.)
  • Ability to multitask and perform efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness and ability to run errands as needed
  • Professional and approachable demeanor
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
