General Purpose: The Club Sports Attendant will be responsible for direct customer service including operating a point-of-sale cash register, helping to distribute equipment, verifying club access as well as explaining and enforcing rules.
Duties and Responsibilities:
● Answer customer inquiries or direct to appropriate staff as necessary, collect fees, follow procedures as outlined by the Sports & Recreations Manager
● May set-up and take down clean and maintain appropriate equipment and supplies for activities.
● Responsible for monitoring traffic flow into the athletics facility handling court/swim lane/group fitness class reservations, cash and credit card transactions, answering phones and transferring calls to appropriate departments, taking accurate messages, and distributing necessary Club-related information.
● Conduct walk through inspection to ensure site safety and document deficiencies as required.
● Responsible for operation of the assigned sports facility/facilities and for attending to members' and guests' needs with a high level of customer service at all times.
● Check for proper member identification on the computer, check the current status of each member as they enter the facility.
● Process correctly all cash, GCash and credit card transactions.
● Accountable for balancing registers at shifts end.
● Accurately reserve courts/facilities as per time and availability.
● Issue and take collateral for daily use lockers and other day use equipment.
● Relay information (complaints, problems, accident reports, etc.) to the Sports & Recreations Manager.
● Oversee and document problems facilities.
● Orient new members to proper use of equipment.
● Work as required including holidays and weekends if necessary.
● Maintain and be knowledgeable of member incentive programs as needed.
● Be knowledgeable of all emergency procedures.
● Stock and maintain supplies storage areas.
● Set up advertising displays or arrange merchandise on counters or tables to promote sales.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: From Php18,070.00 per month
