Accounting Staff

Bookkeeping of all sales and collection transactions;
Preparation of monthly and weekly Trade Accounts Receivables Master list;
Preparation of monthly and weekly summary of collection goal/target;
Preparation of customers/client's statement of account
Ensures that all BIR form 2307 for withholding tax that were deducted from collection are physically obtained/gathered from the clients;
Preparation of Admin staff and officer's payroll;
Preparation of monthly list of employees for SSS, Pag-ibis, Phil-health contribution and loan payment that were deducted from their respective payroll. The list shall be submitted to the HR department for remittance;
Updating of the summary of advances to employees and officers;
Ensures enough supply of Sales Invoice, Collection Receipt, Acknowledgement Receipt, Official Receipt, Debit and Credit Memo and Delivery Receipts. The employee is also assigned to monitor and record the proper issuances of these business forms;
Monthly reconciliation of account balances of Trade Receivable, AR-Problematic, AR-bounced checks, Prepaid taxes/Deferred taxes AR Others-SS Advances to Employees and Officer, Payable to SSS, Pag-ibis and Phil-health and Customer's deposits against accounting book balances;
Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time by immediate superior/s.
