Job Overview:
We are looking for a
Spanish-English Bilingual Customer Service Representative with leadership experience
to manage client interactions and support a small customer service team. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator, skilled in both Spanish and English, with a proven ability to lead, train, and motivate others while ensuring high-quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide responsive and professional support to Spanish- and English-speaking clients via multiple channels.
- Handle complex customer inquiries and escalations with efficiency and empathy.
- Lead, coach, and mentor a small team to achieve performance goals and service quality standards.
- Monitor KPIs, conduct performance reviews, and support training and onboarding initiatives.
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements for efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, quality standards, and SLAs.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in both
Spanish and English
(spoken and written). - Minimum
3 years of experience
in customer service or client support. - At least
1 year of leadership or supervisory experience
in a service-oriented environment. - Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in CRM systems, ticketing tools, and MS Office or Google Workspace.
