Job Summary:

The Graphic Artist is responsible for creating high-quality visual designs that effectively communicate the company's brand and marketing messages. This role combines creativity with strategic thinking to produce designs for digital and print media, oversee junior designers, and ensure consistency across all visual assets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design & Creative Development
  • Conceptualize and create compelling graphics for digital platforms (websites, social media, email campaigns) and print materials (brochures, posters, banners).
  • Maintain brand consistency across all visual communications.
  • Translate marketing and business objectives into engaging visual designs.
  • Project Management & Collaboration
  • Lead design projects from concept to completion, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to understand design requirements.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers and interns.
  • Visual Strategy & Innovation
  • Stay updated on design trends, software, and best practices.
  • Suggest innovative design approaches to enhance campaigns and brand presence.
  • Evaluate and improve design processes for efficiency and creativity.
  • Quality Control & Brand Compliance
  • Review and approve designs created by junior team members.
  • Ensure all graphics meet technical specifications and brand guidelines.
  • Perform final checks for color accuracy, resolution, and formatting.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and technical skill.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.).
  • Experience with digital and print production processes.
  • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Leadership or mentorship experience preferred.
