Job Description
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
I. FUNCTION:
The major areas of responsibility and focus for this position as follows:

• Internal Audit Program - establishes procedure of Internal Audit, creates schedule of planned audit activities annually across all processes and support areas and identifies certified Internal Auditor who are not part of the audited process to ensure impartiality and objectivity of the audit. Ensures completion of Internal Audit program and submission of audit reports and nonconformance note (NCN) by Lead Auditors are released on time. Monitors and submits status of Internal Audit corrective action status and completion to the Management monthly.
• 3rd Party Audits - leads the preparation of certification audit and surveillance audit of ISO 9001. Ensures requirements in the standard are met in all process book owners, evidences are reviewed with PO book owners prior the certification and surveillance audits. Ensures root cause is identified and corrective actions are implemented by process owners should there be non-conformances arise during certification and surveillance audits. Assists QA Manager in promoting awareness of the Quality Management principles (Customer Focus, Leadership, Engagement, Process Approach, Improvement, Evidence-based Decision Making and Relationship Management), Quality Policy and Company Values. Submits reports and status of root cause and corrective action status to the Management.
• Document Control System Management - acts as Document Controller/ Change Analyst using Agile and Qualitize systems to establish and maintain document and support change management system. Responsible in dissemination of approved documents (Level 1 – Level 4), ECR/ECO, and deviations to concern process owner. Maintains Agile for the master documents, DCC folder for the repository of released documents, roster for the summary of documents and Annual Document Review result. Submits reports and status monthly.
• Continuous Improvement - submits and implements process improvements through Bright Idea programs, ensure that improvements are true that adds value to the process. Assists QA Manager in accomplishing and monitoring of Process Value Chain and Risk Opportunity Assessment matrix with all work processes involved, ensures that actions plans are generated by process owners and monitors the closure and implementation of these action plans generated.

II. JOB REQUIREMENTS:
List of qualifications, knowledge, skills and attitude required for the position.
Education: Engineering graduate (Electronics or related). Post-graduate diploma is highly regarded

Experience: At least 5 years of experience in Semiconductor or Electronics / Optoelectronics Industry. Heavily knowledgeable on ISO 9001:2015, EMS and OHSAS. Certified Lead Auditor is highly regarded. Strong background on basic quality principles and ISO standards. Excellent auditing skills. Experienced in performing Internal, Customer, and Supplier Audits. Ability to lead cross functional teams to drive quality improvements. Assertive, with strong drive to implement Quality policies, objectives, and programs. Flexible and highly adaptive to fast-paced working environment. Knowledgeable on 7QC tools. Understands problem solving methodology and statistical analysis methods.

Excellent auditing skills. Intensive knowledge on Quality Management Systems and Auditing Guidelines Principle.

Smart, assertive, and ability to lead cross functional teams in problem solving activities. Can demonstrate effective decision making.

Problem solving skills is highly regarded.
