Receptionist/Gym Trainer

About the role

We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team at Centralli Gym' in Zamboanga City Zamboanga Del Sur. In this full-time role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our gym.

What you'll be doing

• Greeting and welcoming all customers and visitors to the gym in a polite and courteous manner
• Handling incoming phone calls, emails and messages, and directing enquiries to the appropriate team members
• Maintaining accurate records and updating customer information in our database
• Scheduling and managing appointments for personal training and other gym services
• Assisting with the processing of membership applications and renewals
• Ensuring the reception area is well-presented and organised at all times
• Providing general administrative support to the gym management team as required

What we're looking for

• Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a customer service role, preferably within the fitness industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide a warm and friendly service to all customers
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
• Proficient in using computer systems and office software, including customer relationship management (CRM) tools
• A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to contribute to the overall success of the gym
