Are you a motivated sales professional with leadership skills and a passion for building customer relationships? We're looking for a Sales Supervisor to lead day-to-day sales operations, support the team, and help drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Supervise and support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets

·       Monitor customer accounts, order fulfillment, and payment collections

·       Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth transactions

·       Maintain strong relationships with clients and distributors

·       Analyze sales performance and prepare regular reports for management

Assist in implementing sales strategies and promotional activities
