Job Summary:

The Pest Control Technician is responsible for inspecting, identifying, and treating pest infestations in residential, commercial, and industrial properties. This role ensures the safe and effective application of pest control methods while following regulatory standards and safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct inspections to identify signs of pest activity and potential entry points.
  • Apply pesticides, fumigants, traps, and other control methods according to company procedures and safety guidelines.
  • Develop and recommend treatment plans tailored to client needs.
  • Maintain accurate service records, treatment reports, and customer documentation.
  • Operate pest control equipment safely and perform regular maintenance checks.
  • Educate clients on preventive measures and long-term pest management practices.
  • Follow all government regulations and company policies regarding the safe handling and storage of chemicals.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing concerns and ensuring client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (vocational or technical background preferred).
  • Certification or license in pest control (as required by local regulations).
  • Knowledge of common pests, treatment methods, and safety standards.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Physically fit and able to work in varied environments (indoors, outdoors, confined spaces).
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings if needed.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Php15, Php18,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 80 per week
