Position: Restaurant Dining Staff

Location: SM City Legazpi, Albay

Gringo Restaurant is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Dining Staff at our SM City Legazpi branch.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
  • Serve food and drinks according to the restaurant's service standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond promptly to guest needs
  • Assist in upselling menu items and promoting current specials
  • Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure a smooth dining experience
  • Follow all safety and hygiene regulations
