About the role

We are seeking an experienced Inventory Controller to join our team at Dragon 24 Design & Printing Corp. in our Bldg 42 Philexcel Clark Freeport Zone Pampanga location. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the company's inventory management processes, ensuring accurate stock levels and efficient operations.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage and maintain the company's inventory systems, ensuring accurate stock records and reporting

  • Conduct regular stock takes and audits to identify and resolve discrepancies

  • Develop and implement inventory control procedures to optimise stock levels and minimise waste

  • Liaise with production, sales and procurement teams to forecast demand and plan inventory accordingly

  • Prepare and analyse inventory reports, providing insights to management

  • Identify opportunities for inventory reduction and process improvements

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting and regulatory requirements

What we're looking for

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in inventory/stock control, preferably in a manufacturing or printing environment

  • Strong understanding of inventory management principles and best practices

  • Proficient in using inventory management software and ERP systems

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy

  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
