Location: Sta. Rosa, Laguna

We're a growing team looking for cheerful, reliable people who enjoy working with others and creating great guest experiences.
Help keep our guests, staff, and resort safe, day and night. You'll look after the premises, assist in emergencies, and make sure everyone enjoys a worry-free stay.
Qualifications:
- With security management training
- Experience in hospitality, resort, or recreation setting
- Alert, dependable, and trustworthy
- Knows basic first aid and emergency response is a plus
Main Responsibilities:
- Patrol resort grounds, pools, parking, and guest room areas
- Monitor CCTV and security systems
- Ensure only registered guests and authorized personnel enter the resort
- Respond to emergencies, incidents, or disturbances promptly and calmly
- Secure all entry points, gates, and facilities especially during night shift
- Write and submit incident or security reports
- Assist in fire or evacuation drills
- Maintain a polite, approachable presence when assisting guests
