Overview

We are seeking a proactive and experienced B2B Social Media Specialist/Strategist to join a dynamic marketing agency based in Massachusetts, USA.

We are looking for the following specific requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Social Media Management and Strategic Marketing
  • Experience managing B2B social strategy and content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, and TikTok
  • Skilled in creating multimedia content (reels, graphics, short videos)
  • Strong project management and content calendar oversight
  • Experienced in monitoring trends and real-time engagement
  • Awareness and use of AI tools to enhance content development
  • Proficient in HubSpot, WordPress, Canva, Adobe, Mailchimp, CapCut, Buffer, and Google Analytics

Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

  • Develop and execute B2B social media strategies
  • Create and manage content calendars
  • Design and publish engaging multimedia content
  • Track performance and generate analytics-based insights
  • Collaborate with marketing, digital, and creative teams
  • Stay updated on social trends and AI tools
  • Ensure brand voice alignment across platforms
  • Support podcast and blog promotion (if applicable)
