Role Overview

The
Senior Frontend Engineer
(Frontend Engineering Lead) will:

  • Lead the
    design and development
    of enterprise-grade
    Generative AI (GenAI)
    applications.
  • Focus heavily on
    (v14 or later)
    for scalable, secure, and high-performance frontends.
  • Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams including
    data engineers, product managers, and AI/ML specialists
    to deliver cutting-edge GenAI experiences.

Key Responsibilities

1.
Technical Leadership

  • Architect and implement advanced

    frontends for GenAI apps.
  • Define
    best practices
    for performance, maintainability, and code quality.
  • Mentor and guide frontend teams on innovation and technical excellence.

2.
Frontend Development

  • Build
    responsive, accessible, and user-friendly
    interfaces.
  • Integrate
    GenAI APIs
    (OpenAI, Anthropic, or custom LLMs) into frontend workflows.
  • Leverage
    SSR, SSG, and middleware
    for performance/scalability optimization.

3.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Partner with
    product, UX, and backend
    teams to align solutions with business goals.
  • Collaborate with
    AI/ML
    specialists to translate complex AI functions into intuitive UX.
  • Communicate technical insights effectively to non-technical stakeholders.

4.
Enterprise-Grade Development

  • Ensure compliance with
    security, scalability, and reliability
    standards.
  • Implement
    error-handling, logging, and monitoring
    frameworks.
  • Develop
    reusable component libraries/design systems
    for consistency.

5.
Emerging Technologies

  • Stay updated on
    , GenAI, and modern frontend frameworks
    .
  • Proactively recommend
    new tools/libraries
    to enhance product performance.


Requirements & Qualifications

Experience

  • 5+ years
    in frontend development.
  • Proven experience building
    enterprise-grade
    + React applications.

Technical Skills

  • Expert in

  • Strong command of
