Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in purchasing office supplies, equipment, and materials to support day-to-day operations.
  • Communicate and coordinate with suppliers to negotiate terms, maintain strong relationships, and address procurement concerns.
  • Prepare and process purchase orders, monitor deliveries, and keep accurate purchasing records.
  • Work closely with different departments to understand and fulfill their procurement needs in a timely manner.
  • Help in developing and enforcing purchasing policies and procedures.
  • Provide general administrative support to the purchasing team as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Admin, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • Previous experience in a Purchasing role or internship is preferred.
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php19, Php22,000.00 per month
