Graphic Brand Manager Cadetship

Term: 6-month Cadetship with potential promotion to Brand Manager upon successful completion. Includes 4 weeks of annual leave (2 weeks available during cadetship). Career progression to Brand Director available 12 months after stepping into the Brand Manager role. This cadetship is designed as a fast-track program for ambitious individuals eager to grow into leadership roles within our dynamic team.

Location: Cebu IT Park area (potential to work from home 1 day per week after cadetship consistent, high-quality work is demonstrated and trust is established).

Work Schedule:

  • 6 days per week, rotating roster

  • 8 hours per day: 9:00 AM -- 6:00 PM Sydney time

  • 7:00 AM -- 4:00 PM Cebu time (April to September)

  • 6:00 AM -- 3:00 PM Cebu time (October to March)
  • Saturday and Sunday shifts are paid at 50% higher rate

Salary:

  • Cadetship: ₱15,000 -- ₱18,000 per month
  • Upon Promotion to Brand Manager: ₱24,000 -- ₱26,000 per month

Role Overview:

You will create, edit, and develop all graphic and video content used across our company's platforms. Your work will define our visual identity and support our brand across social media, print, and digital assets. All employees of the business will need to accept bookings from customers via Call, WhatsApp, SMS, Social Media and website. This provides invaluable direct customer interaction, deepening your understanding of our business and customer needs, which is crucial for your professional growth. You will be working across 1 key client project to start which is a fully Electric Car Airport Transfer Service in Sydney Australia. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, capable of professional correspondence and clear client interaction, are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and produce content for:

  • Website banners and visuals

  • Social media (ads, posts, reels/stories)
  • Company collateral (business cards, flyers)
  • Print advertising (magazines, brochures)
  • Work closely with the Front-End Developer and leadership to maintain brand consistency
  • Assist in developing creative strategy and contribute fresh ideas
  • Understand and translate creative briefs into effective visual content.
  • Staying updated with the latest design trends and tools

Skills & Experience:

  • Proficient in: Canva, CapCut, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere
  • Experience with: Slack, WhatsApp
  • Strong understanding of branding, visual storytelling, and layout design
  • Excellent attention to detail and creative flair
  • A strong portfolio showcasing your graphic design and video editing capabilities across various platforms is essential.

Qualifications:

  • Recent graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Digital Media, Graphic Design, Animation, or related field
