Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Housekeeping and Facility Maintenance:

  • Outdoor Maintenance:
  • Lawn care, including mowing, trimming, and ensuring a well-maintained outdoor area.
  • Cleaning and organizing the front and back facilities of the building.
  • Monitoring and maintaining the cleanliness of parking areas and exterior spaces.
  • Building Maintenance:
  • Performing basic property repairs (e.g., replacing light bulbs, fixing minor plumbing issues).
  • Reporting and coordinating for more extensive repairs as needed.
  • Ensuring all equipment and tools are well-maintained and stored properly.
  • Vehicle Maintenance:
  • Routine cleaning and upkeep of company vehicles.
  • Performing minor checks and ensuring vehicles are in good working condition.
  • Scheduling and coordinating regular servicing and inspections.

Driving:

  • Transporting individuals to various locations for appointments or errands.
  • Assisting with personal and household errands, including grocery shopping.
  • Using GPS applications (e.g., Waze, Google Maps) to navigate routes efficiently.
  • Familiarity with traffic conditions and routes in Pampanga and Manila.

General Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
  • Following instructions and completing tasks efficiently.
  • Adhering to safety guidelines and company policies.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in housekeeping, property maintenance, or a similar role.

Driving Skills:

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Essential Skills:

  • Strong cleaning and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in operating and maintaining lawn care equipment (e.g., lawnmowers, trimmers).
  • Basic handyman skills for minor repairs and maintenance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Positive and proactive attitude.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to lift and carry moderate weights.
  • Proficiency in using GPS navigation applications (e.g., Waze, Google Maps).
  • Familiarity with traffic conditions and routes within Pampanga and Manila.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS:

  • Fit-to-Work Certificate.
  • Valid Driver's License.
