Duties and Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data and prepare regular financial and management reports.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts.
- Monitor and evaluate actual financial performance against budgeted figures.
- Conduct variance, cost, and profitability analysis to support decision-making.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to improve operational efficiency.
- Prepare financial models and projections for management and strategic planning.
- Support the preparation of financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate with the Accountant in reconciling financial data.
- Monitor cash flow, funding requirements, and investment activities.
- Assist in the preparation of reports for management presentations and board meetings.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial reporting standards.
- Perform other related duties as may be assigned by Management.
Qualifications, Experience, and Skills Requirements
- Must be a bachelor's degree holder in Accountancy, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Preferably a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or has equivalent financial certification.
- With at least two (2) years of relevant experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or corporate finance.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in financial modeling, data analysis, and forecasting techniques.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of financial systems, databases, and reporting tools is an advantage.
