Malate, National Capital Region, Philippines Hellenic Manning Overseas, Inc. Full time ₱40,000 - ₱80,000 per year

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Analyze financial data and prepare regular financial and management reports.
  2. Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts.
  3. Monitor and evaluate actual financial performance against budgeted figures.
  4. Conduct variance, cost, and profitability analysis to support decision-making.
  5. Provide financial insights and recommendations to improve operational efficiency.
  6. Prepare financial models and projections for management and strategic planning.
  7. Support the preparation of financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  8. Coordinate with the Accountant in reconciling financial data.
  9. Monitor cash flow, funding requirements, and investment activities.
  10. Assist in the preparation of reports for management presentations and board meetings.
  11. Ensure compliance with company policies and financial reporting standards.
  12. Perform other related duties as may be assigned by Management.

Qualifications, Experience, and Skills Requirements

  1. Must be a bachelor's degree holder in Accountancy, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  2. Preferably a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or has equivalent financial certification.
  3. With at least two (2) years of relevant experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or corporate finance.
  4. Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  5. Proficient in financial modeling, data analysis, and forecasting techniques.
  6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  7. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  8. Knowledge of financial systems, databases, and reporting tools is an advantage.
