Are you a WordPress pro with a flair for design and functionality? Our boutique marketing agency is expanding, and we're looking for a WordPress Design & Optimization Expert who thrives on building sleek, high-performing websites with Elementor. This is a long-term opportunity with consistent projects where you'll collaborate directly with our founder and help shape websites for clients across different industries.

What You'll Do

  • Build stunning, responsive WordPress sites with Elementor
  • Customize plugins and themes to match client needs
  • Connect websites with HubSpot and marketing tools
  • Maintain, update, and optimize existing websites
  • Ensure every site is fast, user-friendly, and conversion-focused
  • Launch websites smoothly and provide post-launch support
  • Work on multiple projects at different stages of development

What You Bring

  • Strong WordPress and Elementor experience (non-negotiable)
  • Solid grasp of plugins, themes, and site customization
  • Understanding of design principles and responsive layouts
  • Experience with HubSpot integrations a plus
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize, and meet deadlines
  • Detail-oriented with high standards for quality
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Reliable remote setup with stable internet

Nice-to-Haves

  • Beaver Builder or other page builder experience
  • Basic HTML/CSS for custom tweaks
