CHIEF STEWARD

  • Responsible for all F&B operating equipment's cleaning and maintenance. Manage Stewarding staff and ensure their effectiveness and punctuality.
  • Trained and educate stewarding staff about the operation.
  • Conduct inventory of all F&B Operating equipment. Control of breakages. Make monthly report for operating equipment, breakages and cleaning and chemical supplies.
  • Supervise the duties of all stewarding department employees, facilities, operation.
  • Responsible for the overall cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen and stewarding area.
  • Oversee the daily tasks of all stewarding employees.
  • Set up a Master Cleaning Schedule
  • Lead the stewarding team to ensure operational efficiency, driving quality standards.
  • Lead and manage the Stewarding team in all aspects of the department and ensure standards are followed.
  • Assist in the location, movement and storage of banquet operating equipment.
  • Work with all departments to ensure items that are required for service are available when needed.
  • Enforces proper cleaning routines for service ware, equipment, floors, etc.
