What you'll do:

The role involves contacting a predetermined list of customers to obtain device meter readings for printers, copiers, and other managed devices.

Key responsibilities for this role include:

  • Make outbound calls to customers to collect meter readings for their devices.
  • Follow provided scripts and maintain a friendly, professional tone.
  • Accurately record readings and customer feedback in the system or CRM.
  • Meet daily and weekly targets for call volume and data accuracy.
  • Escalate any issues or inconsistencies to the team lead.
  • Collaborate with the local and offshore service teams to ensure smooth reporting.

Successful candidate must have:

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in outbound calling, customer service, or telesales.
  • Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Comfortable working with CRMs, call logs, or basic reporting tools.
  • Friendly, professional, and confident phone manners.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems or processes.

Work Arrangements:

  • Schedule: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM (Philippine Time)
  • Work Setup: On-site - Be part of a collaborative and energetic team in a professional office environment.
  • Location: Parkway Corporate Center, Alabang, Muntinlupa City
