Cashier/ Receptionist

About the role

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Cashier/Receptionist to join our team at Fresh Cafe. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing good front-office support and ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for all our customers.

What you'll be doing

1. Greeting and welcoming guests and clients in a friendly and professional manner
2. Handling cash, processing payments, and reconciling transactions accurately
3. Answering and directing incoming calls, providing information and assistance as needed
4. Scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating reservations
5. Maintaining a clean, organised, and well-stocked reception area
6. Providing support to the wider team as required

What we're looking for

1. Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality or property management industry
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with a diverse range of clients and colleagues
3. Excellent numeracy and attention to detail, with the ability to handle cash and financial transactions accurately
4. Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
5. Proficiency in using office equipment and computer software, including Microsoft Office suite
6. A positive, friendly, and customer-service oriented attitude
