About the role

As a QC Dimension at LMTP Corporation, you will be an integral part of our quality assurance team, responsible for ensuring the highest standards of product quality. This full-time position is based in Calamba City, Laguna, and will involve hands-on inspection and testing to uphold our commitment to excellence.

What you'll be doing

  • Conducting detailed dimensional inspections and measurements on manufactured products
  • Identifying and addressing any quality issues or non-conformances
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation of inspection activities
  • Collaborating with production teams to implement corrective actions and process improvements
  • Adhering to all quality control protocols and safety procedures
  • Providing training and guidance to junior quality assurance personnel

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a quality control or inspection role within the manufacturing industry
  • Strong technical aptitude and proficiency in using precision measurement tools
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of relevant quality standards and regulations
