Cake Decorator/Baker

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Cake Baker to join our bakery team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for baking, assembling, and decorating cakes while maintaining high standards of quality, consistency, and food safety.

Responsibilities:

• Bake and prepare a variety of cakes and cake components
• Decorate cakes according to company standards and customer requests
• Follow recipes and production schedules accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Assist with inventory management and ingredient preparation

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a cake baker or pastry baker preferred
• Knowledge of baking techniques, icings, fillings, and decorations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Availability for early mornings, weekends, and holidays
• Food Handler Certification (preferred)
