Job Highlights
  • Salary: ₱15,000/month (Probationary)
  • Paid overtime (especially toward the end of the month)

  • Performance incentive: up to ₱2,000/month
  • 5 Service Incentive Leaves upon 1-year contract
  • Daily car service (within Laguna or designated pickup point)
  • Possible contract extension

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and manage PEZA-related documents (8106, 8101, 8112, Inter-zone Forms, etc.)
  • Coordinate with Purchasing, Sales, and Warehouse departments
  • Maintain organized filing of PEZA documentation
  • Prepare Letters of Authority (General and Sub LOAs)
  • Handle budget applications for PEZA processing and supply liquidation
  • Monitor and update delivery records
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization (5S) in the workplace
  • Perform other clerical duties as assigned

Qualifications
  • At least a high school graduate
  • Experience in PEZA processing is a strong advantage
  • Good computer skills: typing, PDF editing, and Excel
  • Efficient, hardworking, and willing to learn
  • Detail-oriented and improvement-driven

  • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
