Job Description

JY Bontilao Construction and Enterprises is seeking for experienced candidates for the position of draftsman. This position includes but is not limited to:

Preparation of Architectural Designs and Drawings with CAD System, collaborating with Architects and Engineers, performing calculations of materials and limitations.

Qualifications:

1. A good working knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop related software.
2. Proficient in using Microsoft Office.
3. Drafting experience is required.
4. Able to work under pressure and can render overtime work.
5. Excellent interpersonal and analytic skills.
6. Attention to details and methodical approach to work.
7. Can drive motorcycle or car.

Responsibilities:

1. Follow-up on progress for various projects and tasks to ensure overall objectives and timelines are met.
2. Prepare site plans.
3. Perform duties such as creating and plotting drawing sets, updating as-built records and document control.
4. Complete submittals.
5. Assuring that drafting/design related issued are promptly relayed to the Project Manager/General Manager for action.
6. Perform other tasks as directed.
