Help us shape the future of bread distribution We're looking for a Business Development Project Specialist to lead the end-to-end development of a new distribution model—from strategy to execution. This role will empower entrepreneurs, optimize operations, and drive SMFC's growth.

𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:

This project-based position involves:

• Recruitment, Screening & Interviews: Leading the search, assessment, and selection of potential entrepreneur partners.
• Entrepreneur Onboarding: Facilitating accreditations, aligning processes, and designing business coverage areas.
• Training & Deployment: Delivering training on sales techniques, product knowledge, and operational guidelines.
• Monitoring & Performance Review: Tracking KPIs, conducting fieldwork, analyzing profitability, and recommending strategic improvements.

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive.
• Willing to conduct fieldwork in South Luzon, Greater Manila Area, and nearby provinces.
• Holder of a professional driver's license is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
