What You'll Be Doing
Close Deals & Deliver Exceptional Service
- Engage directly with customers across social media, marketplaces, and our website
- Provide expert guidance on PC hardware and computer peripherals
- Convert inquiries and leads into sales opportunities
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue
Manage Digital Channels Like a Pro
- Handle multiple online sales channels including marketplaces, social media, and the website
- Track customer interactions and update records in the CRM system
- Stay ahead of promotions, new products, and industry trends
Collaborate & Make an Impact
- Work with a dynamic sales team to ensure smooth lead handovers
- Help improve processes and strategies to boost conversions and customer satisfaction
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years experience in customer support, pre-sales, or inside sales, preferably in retail or tech products
- Basic knowledge of PC hardware and computer accessories
- Familiarity with CRM systems, marketplaces, and online sales platforms
- Experience with Pay-by-Link or online transaction tools is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field preferred
