IT Associate

We are looking for I.T. Staff who is responsible for maintaining and supporting the company's computer systems, network infrastructure, and other technology-related equipment. The role ensures that all hardware, software, and network systems operate efficiently and securely.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Can be assigned to other tasks from time to time
• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and networks
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for system and network issues
• Monitor system performance and ensure network security and data protection
• Manage user accounts, emails, and system access permissions
• Maintain and update inventory of IT equipment and software licenses
• Perform regular data backups and recovery processes
• Set up and support office equipment (printers, routers, etc.)
• Coordinate with vendors for IT supplies, repairs, and upgrades
• Assist in implementing new technologies and system improvements
• Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
• Basic knowledge of hardware, software, and networking
• Good problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
• Experience in troubleshooting and system maintenance is an advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php15, Php18,000.00 per month
