Job Purpose

Delivery Drivers are responsible to transport Foodcrafters products to its destination safe and in a timely manner. They must ensure that products are complete, well-packed and delivered to the correct client or distributor.

Key accountabilities:

  1. Responsible for loading, transporting and delivering of products to its clients on a timely and efficient manner.

  2. Check orders / products before and after unloading to ensure that it's complete and customers are highly satisfied with our service.

  3. Assist in loading and unloading of products.

  4. Ensure that excellent customer service was provided to clients. It includes answering queries and handling complaints from clients properly.

  5. Follow assigned routes and delivery schedules.

  6. Abide in all transportation laws and maintain safe driving records.

  7. Must know how to properly take good care of company vehicles assigned for use of Drivers. Also, make sure that they avoid damaging other vehicles that can cause financial loss to the company.

  8. Responsible in maintaining delivery logs and records.

  9. Reports to Logistics Supervisor about the status of deliveries as well as problems encountered before and after unloading.

  10. Commitment and compliance in the food safety and quality policy of Foodcrafters Inc

  11. Perform other duties assigned by immediate superior.

Essential Requirement and Competencies:

· At least High School Graduate / Vocational Graduate

· Core competencies required for the position

· Three (3) or more years of experience as delivery driver

· With Professional Driver's License (Restriction Codes at least 2&3)

Candidates who possess, among other skills, the following:

· Familiar with basic car maintenance

· Keen to details

· Must be reliable, organized and detail oriented

· With good interpersonal skills (specially in conversing with clients)

· Must be honest and must exercise integrity
