We are looking for a responsible and dependable Company Driver to support our distribution operations. The Driver will be in charge of the timely and safe delivery of goods to our clients and distribution points, ensuring compliance with road safety regulations and company standards. This role is essential in maintaining the quality and efficiency of our supply chain services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely transport goods and materials to and from designated locations.
  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of assigned vehicle.
  • Load and unload items using appropriate handling equipment and ensure items are secure during transit.
  • Ensure delivery documents such as delivery receipts, invoices, and trip logs are properly filled out and submitted on time.
  • Maintain cleanliness and routine maintenance of the company vehicle.
  • Follow assigned schedules, routes, and delivery protocols.
  • Communicate any road incidents, delays, or mechanical issues to the dispatch or supervisor immediately.
  • Assist in warehouse operations when required.
  • Ensure strict compliance with traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies at all times.

Qualifications:

  • At least High School Graduate or equivalent.
  • Valid Professional Driver's License (RC 1, 2, and 3 preferred).
  • Minimum of 3-5 years driving experience, preferably in a distribution or logistics setting.
  • Familiarity with Metro Manila and provincial routes.
  • Ability to perform basic vehicle troubleshooting and maintenance.
  • Must be physically fit and capable of lifting heavy items (up to 30 kg).
  • With good moral character, clean driving record, and no derogatory record (NBI/Police Clearance required).
  • Punctual, reliable, and professional.
