Buyer

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Procure the necessary requested materials and supplies with the best quality at the lowest possible cost
• Review assigned requisitions and procure items
• Coordinate with end-user and suppliers all required details necessary for accurate delivery of goods
• Negotiate price and delivery with suppliers or contractors and decide on the best deal for the company
• Monitor and expedite delivery of purchase orders and progress/completion of services
• Develop new and maintain a set of reliable dependable business partners through proper vendor qualifying and regular vendor performance evaluation to have a more competitive source of goods & services to benefit the operation
• Performs other functions that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
• At least two years of related experience as a buyer
• Required Skill(s): Above-average knowledge in Microsoft Office Operation, Good oral and written communication skills, High-level interpersonal skills, completes tasks promptly and able to meet tight deadlines can interact with the staff at all levels in a fast-paced environment.

Preferably residing in Norzagaray, Bulacan.
