Responsibilities- Manage a team of consultants responsible for applications management for the client's S/4 Finance solution, including but not limited to:Ensuring the team meets contractual KPIs, obligations, SLAs, and adheres to quality standards and process guidelines set by the client and/or DXC.Providing technical guidance and fostering capability development among junior team members. Managing team workload, including shift scheduling and task distribution.
Representing the team in client-facing activities such as reporting, escalation management, and regular checkpoints. - Collaborate with DXC leaders and other departments to ensure smooth operations and continuous service improvement. - Identify and mitigate risks and issues affecting operations.
