Commis De Cuisine I

• Abides staff rosters and production schedules as maintained by the sous chef / executive sous chef
• Gives direction to Kitchen Helpers and Kitchen Assistants that assist in food preparation. Making sure that lower grade cooks perform cooking assignments correctly
• Ensures that prepared foods adhere to standardized recipes involving different levels of difficulty to meet established standards.
• Adheres to the company's health, safety, environment (GHEA), Halal, quality policy and procedures (HACCP).
• Ensures that the area complies to hygiene guidelines while preparing quality meal.

Qualifications:

• Preferably at least 2 years of college education or is a graduate of 2 years' vocational course in related field (i.e. HRA, HRM, Culinary, etc.); or
• TESDA NCII certificate is an advantage / high school graduate having completed apprenticeship program (6 months training in either Cookery or Bread and Pastry) in MSFI; or any similar institutions.
• High school graduate but has completed a minimum of six (6) months training in any culinary course and acquired a minimum of 250 hours training in MSFI or similar institutions.
• Well experienced in Production operations and can work under pressure
• Preferably have Commissary Experience
• Has experience in Baking and Pastry / Hot Kitchen

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php19, Php20,000.00 per month
