Role Summary:

We're seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead fast-paced e-commerce integration projects, working directly with clients to deliver seamless connections between commerce platforms and enterprise systems. You'll manage technical delivery across Adobe Commerce, BigCommerce, or Shopify integrations with SAP, NetSuite, or Dynamics, ensuring projects are delivered on time and aligned with business requirements. This role requires both technical depth and strong stakeholder management in a dynamic, client-facing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of e-commerce integration projects, from requirements gathering through to deployment and post-go-live support.
  • Act as the primary technical liaison between clients, development teams, and third-party vendors, translating business needs into technical specifications.
  • Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and risks across concurrent integration initiatives, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
  • Coordinate technical architecture decisions for API-based integrations between e-commerce platforms and ERP/order management systems.
  • Drive agile delivery processes, facilitating sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives whilst maintaining clear documentation and project visibility.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of project management experience delivering technical integrations, preferably in e-commerce environments.
  • Hands-on experience managing integrations between e-commerce platforms (Adobe Commerce, BigCommerce, or Shopify) and enterprise systems (SAP, NetSuite, or Dynamics).
  • Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, middleware solutions, and integration architecture patterns.
  • Proven ability to manage technical stakeholders, development teams, and client relationships in fast-paced delivery environments.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (Jira, Asana, Monday, or similar).
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • PMP, Prince2, or Agile certification preferred but not essential
