Role Summary:

  • We're seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead fast-paced e-commerce integration projects, working directly with clients to deliver seamless connections between commerce platforms and enterprise systems.
  • You'll manage technical delivery across Adobe Commerce, BigCommerce, or Shopify integrations with SAP, NetSuite, or Dynamics, ensuring projects are delivered on time and aligned with business requirements.
  • This role requires both technical depth and strong stakeholder management in a dynamic, client-facing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of e-commerce integration projects, from requirements gathering through to deployment and post-go-live support.
  • Act as the primary technical liaison between clients, development teams, and third-party vendors, translating business needs into technical specifications.
  • Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and risks across concurrent integration initiatives, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
  • Coordinate technical architecture decisions for API-based integrations between e-commerce platforms and ERP/order management systems.
  • Drive agile delivery processes, facilitating sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives whilst maintaining clear documentation and project visibility.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of project management experience delivering technical integrations, preferably in e-commerce environments.
  • Hands-on experience managing integrations between e-commerce platforms (Adobe Commerce, BigCommerce, or Shopify) and enterprise systems (SAP, NetSuite, or Dynamics).
  • Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, middleware solutions, and integration architecture patterns.
  • Proven ability to manage technical stakeholders, development teams, and client relationships in fast-paced delivery environments.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (Jira, Asana, Monday, or similar).
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • PMP, Prince2, or Agile certification preferred but not essential
