About the role

We are seeking a skilled Repair and Maintenance Technician to join our team at Happy Bee 886 Inc. - Jollibee Franchise' in Pasay City, Metro Manila. This full-time role is responsible for maintaining and repairing equipment used in our fast-paced manufacturing and logistics operations. You will play a crucial part in ensuring our production lines run smoothly and efficiently.

What you'll be doing

  1. Perform preventative maintenance on a variety of production equipment
  2. Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with machinery, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions
  3. Carry out repairs and adjustments to keep equipment operating at optimal performance
  4. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and repair work completed
  5. Collaborate with the production team to minimise downtime and maximise productivity
  6. Adhere to all health, safety and environmental policies and procedures

What we're looking for

  1. Vocational qualification or certificate in a relevant technical discipline (e.g. mechanics, electronics, electrical engineering)
  2. 2-3 years' experience as a maintenance technician or in a similar hands-on repair role, preferably within a manufacturing or logistics environment
  3. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically
  4. Proficient in the use of hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment
  5. Good understanding of safety best practices when working with machinery
  6. Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to maintenance and repair work
  7. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
