Position: Actuarial Manager

Salary: Php 50,000 - Php 80,000 (Negotiable)

Work Set Up: Hybrid (3 days work on site and 2 days work from home)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelors Degree holder.

At least 5 years of working experience in Actuarial role in an Insurance or Financial Services Company

Has experience using any software in relation to actuarial.

Amenable to work on a hybrid work set up.

Amenable to attend face to face interview once requested.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Oversee and assist a knowledgeable group of actuaries in order to facilitate the organization's business planning, risk assessment, and strategic data analysis.

Assist the company with activities including asset modeling, pricing, portfolio modeling, and valuation.

Work together across functional boundaries to guarantee accurate financial forecasts, best practices for pricing, and efficient risk-reduction measures.

Develop a culture of continual learning, professional development, and mentorship among your workforce.

Encourage innovation by keeping abreast of developments in technology, regulations, and industry trends.
