Duties and Responsibilities
-
Transact with DENR/LLDA in matters of governmental /zonal requirements pertaining to PCO responsibilities.

Prepare and submit safety and health reports to DOLE, semi annual monitoring report (SMR) / compliance monitoring report (CMR) to DENR / LLDA, PDEA and BFP reports in monthly / quarterly / annual basis.

Secure and maintain regulatory permits and clearances such as Environmental compliance certificate, discharge permit, Permit to Operate, Bureau of fire protection and Philippine drug enforcement agency (PDEA) permits.

Conduct internal environmental, safety and health audits

Investigate and take immediate corrective action to address complaints related to environment , safety and health issues.
Required Skills / Competencies
-
Knowledgeable on securing and maintaining DOLE /DENR / LLDA / PDEA regulatory permits and clearances

Basic knowledge on environmental laws and policies such as environmental impacts, emergency preparedness waste management, sanitation etc.

Auditing skills related to environmental, safety and health
-
Basic knowledge on ISO standards such as ISO 14001, OSHAS 45001
Training / Experience / Education
-
Industrial / Electrical / Mechanical / Chemical Engineering graduate or any related course
-
with relevant experience of at least 2 years as PCO / SO
-
had acquired BOSH training, DENR / LLDA/ LGU training, etc.
