  • Promote and encourage customers to join free hearing test screenings.
  • Assist customers with registration and ensure accurate information.
  • Manage queues and guide participants through the screening process.
  • Help set up, maintain, and pack down the activation booth.
  • Manage organizing participants and handling forms during the booth activation.
  • Maintain proper grooming, uniform, and professional behavior.
  • Represent the brand positively and clearly explain services.
  • Submit daily reports and relay any concerns or issues encountered.
  • Follow company, mall, and safety protocols during activations.

Qualifications:

  • At least with sales, any customer service experience or brand activation
  • At least high school graduate; Preferably SHS ABM strand graduate
  • Willing to process medical and permit
