Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement health and safety programs to promote employee wellness and ensure compliance with occupational health regulations.
  • Partner with management and HR to address health-related issues, improve workplace safety standards, and maintain accurate employee health records.
  • Welcome clients and guests, manage the reception area, and ensure a professional and positive first impression of the organization.
  • Answer, forward, and screen phone calls, taking accurate messages when necessary.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and correspondence efficiently.
  • Maintain visitor logs and enforce security protocols.
