Summary:

We are looking for a .NET Developer who will be responsible for supporting and monitoring .NET-related tickets. This role involves providing assistance to ticket requestors, performing code reviews, conducting bug analysis and fixes, as well as handling ticket reporting. Additionally, the resource will provide secondary support for Power BI tickets, assisting the Power BI Lead only when there are no active .NET tickets to address.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Level 2–3 support for .NET-related tickets.
  • Assist ticket requestors by addressing issues and providing timely resolutions.
  • Conduct bug analysis, bug fixing, and testing.
  • Perform code reviews and coordinate with the client for any necessary code changes.
  • Monitor and track tickets, ensuring proper updates and closure.
  • Prepare and maintain ticket-related reports.
  • Communicate effectively with users regarding their tickets.
  • Support Power BI tickets (Level 2) when .NET workload allows.
  • Assist the Power BI Lead in report enhancements and updates.

  • Proficiency in .NET Development
  • Strong experience in bug fixing, testing, and code review
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in L2–L3 ticket support and reporting
  • Strong communication and coordination skills

Secondary Skills:

  • Familiarity with Power BI
  • Experience in monitoring and supporting Power BI tickets (L2)
  • Ability to assist in Power BI report enhancements and updates
